Unternehmerfamilien sind besondere Sozialsysteme, in denen sich die in der modernen Gesellschaft gemeinhin getrennten Sphären der Familie und des Unternehmens verbinden. Diese Verbindung sowie die Herausforderungen, die damit einhergehen, lassen sich mit systemischen Strukturaufstellungen reflektieren. Diese systemische Reflexion nutzt Körperwahrnehmungen im Raum, die bestenfalls dreierlei anregen: kognitive, emotionale und aktionale Bewegungen, also Veränderungen in Kopf, Herz und Hand. Wie dies in der Arbeit mit Unternehmerfamilien realisiert werden kann, wird anhand der Tetralemma-, der Nachfolge- und der Polaritäten-Aufstellung gezeigt.

Embodying Business Families – Systemic Structural Constellations for a Special Social System
Business families are very special social systems in that two spheres normally separated off from one another in modern society come together as a unit: families and enterprises. This combination and the challenges it poses can be reflected upon by means of systemic structural constellations. Systemic reflection of this kind draws upon body perceptions in space which in the ideal case stimulate three human faculties: cognitive, emotional and actional, i. e. they can trigger changes in head, heart and hand. Ways in which this can be brought about in work with business families are illustrated with reference to three constellations: tetralemma, the succession process in business families, and the polarity of head, heart and hand.
