Dieser Artikel informiert über formale und rechtliche Aspekte des ambulanten psychotherapeutischen Versorgungssystems in Deutschland und greift kritische Fragen auf, die sich im Zusammenhang mit einer möglichen sozialrechtlichen Anerkennung der systemischen Therapie als Richtlinienverfahren stellen. Insbesondere wird auf die zu erwartende Verrechtlichung von Ausbildung und therapeutischer Praxis eingegangen.

Systemic Therapy and Inpatient Psychotherapeutic Care in Germany
The article informs its readers on formal and legal aspects of the inpatient psychotherapeutic care system in Germany and explores critical issues posed by the potential recognition of systemic therapy as a treatment which is ­covered by public health insurances in terms of the Federal Social Welfare Act. There is a special focus on the red tape to be expected in connection with training and therapeutic practice.
