Der Autorin geht es darum, unter dem dreifachen Gesichtspunkt ökonomisch, dynamisch und topisch und anhand von klinischen Vignetten die psychischen Prozesse zu unterscheiden, die bei sexuellen und narzisstischen Perversionen ablaufen. Sie teilt insbesondere ihre klinische Erfahrung bezüglich der pädophilen sexuell Perversen mit, denen sie im Rahmen einer Fachberatung in einem offenen Milieu begegnete, und stellt dabei das Spezifische ihrer infantilen Geschichte im Verhältnis zu der von anderen sexuellen Perversen heraus.

The author tries to differenciate, on the topographical, dynamic and economic levels, the psychic processes brought into play in narcissistic and sexual perversions, and illustrates them with clinical vignettes. In particular, she presents her clinical experience of working with sexually perverse paedophiles whom she encountered within the framework of a specialized consultation in an open environment, and highlights the specificity of their infantile history compared with other sexual perverts.

L’auteure s’efforce de différencier sur le triple plan topique, dynamique et économique les processus psychiques mis en œuvre dans les perversions narcissiques et dans les perversions sexuelles, en les illustrant par des vignettes cliniques. Elle fait part, plus particulièrement, de son expérience de la clinique des pervers sexuels pédophiles rencontrés dans le cadre d’une consultation spécialisée en milieu ouvert, et met en relief la spécificité de leur histoire infantile par rapport à celle des autres pervers.

Die Autoren berichten über die abgebrochene Behandlung eines Falles von Pädophilie und stellen zur Debatte, ob die Lektüre von Vladimir Nabokovs »Lolita« dazu beigetragen hat, einige klinische Aspekte der abgebrochenen psychoanalytischen Behandlung im Nachhinein besser zu verstehen.

The authors report an interrupted case of paedophilia and ask the research question if the reading of Vladimir Nabokov’s »Lolita« contributed to a posthumous deeper understanding of some clinical issues with the interrupted psychoanalytic treatment. The vividness of »Lolita«‘s fictional paedophile, Mr Humbert Humbert, bestowed a new life to Mr A., the real character of the patient encountered years before by the psychoanalyst in the analytic room. Whilst the concreteness of the perversion experienced during the sessions had previously prevented the achievement of any intimacy with the paedophile, the experience of reading the book created a potential space in which thinking at the patient as a human being became possible, and allowed the psychoanalyst to revisit the entire treatment. The authors generate the hypothesis that, in the case here described, the »reading cure« opened the way to a »writing cure«, and hence to a deeper understanding of this »talking cure« prematurely interrupted.

Les auteurs rendent compte du traitement interrompu d’un cas de pédophilie et se demandent si la lecture de « Lolita » de Vladimir Nabokov a pu contribuer à une meilleure compréhension de certains aspects cliniques du traitement psychanalytique interrompu.

In der Debatte um die Ätiologie der Pädophilie werden gegenwärtig biologische, vor allem neurowissenschaftlich begründete Faktoren stark in den Vordergrund gerückt. Pädophilie wird als eine sexuelle Orientierung konstruiert, die im Rahmen der im Feld als evidenzbasiert geltenden kognitiv-behavioralen Therapien akzeptiert werden soll. Gesellschaftlich anerkanntes Ziel einer Therapie ist das Vermeiden von Übergriffen auf Kinder durch Selbst­kontrolle. Ein Verstehen und Durcharbeiten zugrunde liegender Dynamiken und eine Nachreifung oder gar eine Veränderung pädophiler Interessen durch Therapie wird nicht oder allenfalls zweitrangig angestrebt. Wenn es um die Bedeutung möglicher realtraumatischer Erfahrungen geht, wird selbst erlebter sexueller Missbrauch genannt, hinsichtlich der ätiologischen Bedeutung für die pädophile Symptomatik aber infrage gestellt oder kontrovers diskutiert. Der vorliegende Beitrag untersucht pädophiles sexuelles Interesse sowie pädosexuelle Handlungen anhand des Wiederholungszwangs und vor dem Hintergrund traumatischer Erfahrungen pädophiler Menschen. Besonders wichtig ist es, in diesem Zusammenhang darauf hinzuweisen, dass nicht gleichzeitig davon ausgegangen werden darf, dass das Erleben eines sexuellen Missbrauchs das Risiko, selbst zum Missbraucher zu werden oder eine pädophile Störung zu entwickeln, erhöht. Theo­retische Überlegungen werden anhand von klinischem Fallmaterial illustriert und in der Bedeutung für die Therapie dargestellt.

In the current debate on the aetiology of paedophilia, biological, especially neuroscientifically based factors, are being strongly promoted. Paedophilia is constructed as a sexual orientation that should be accepted within the framework of cognitive-behavioral therapies, which are considered as evidence-based in the field. The socially accepted goal of a therapy is to avoid sexual abuse of children through self-control. An understanding and working through of the underlying dynamics and a post-maturation or even a change of paedophile interests through therapy is not a goal or at most of secondary importance. When it comes to the significance of possible real traumatic experiences, the publications mention sexual abuse that pedophilic men have experienced themselves, but question or controversially discuss the significance for the aetiology of paedophilic symptoms. This article examines paedophilic sexual interest and paedosexual actions on the basis of the concept of compulsion to repeat and on the background of traumatic experiences of paedophilic men. It is important to point out that it should not be assumed at the same time that the experience of sexual abuse increases the risk of becoming an abuser or of developing a paedophilic disorder. Theoretical considerations are illustrated with clinical case material and their significance for therapy is presented.

Actuellement, le débat sur l’étiologie de la pédophilie met en avant essentiellement des facteurs biologiques fondés sur les neurosciences. La pédophilie est présentée comme une orientation sexuelle qui doit être acceptée dans le cadre de thérapies cognitivo-comportementales elles-mêmes considérées dans ce champ de recherche comme fondées sur des évidences. L’objectif socialement reconnu d’une thérapie est d’éviter les attaques contre les enfants grâce au contrôle de soi. La compréhension et la perlaboration des dynamiques sous-jacentes, la post-maturation, voire une transformation des intérêts pédophiles par le biais de la thérapie, ne sont pas envisagées ou sont tout au plus considérées comme secondaires. Lorsqu’il s’agit de la signification d’éventuelles expériences traumatiques réelles, l’abus sexuel subi est mentionné, mais il est remis en question ou fait l’objet de controverses pour ce qui concerne l’importance étiologique des symptômes. Cet article examine l’intérêt sexuel pédophile et les actes pédophiles en se référant à la compulsion de répétition et aux expériences traumatisantes des personnes pédophiles. Dans ce contexte, il est particulièrement important de ne pas présupposer parallèlement que l’expérience de l’abus sexuel augmente le risque de devenir un agresseur ou de développer un trouble pédophile. Les considérations théoriques sont illustrées à l’aide de cas cliniques et présentées en fonction de leur importance pour la thérapie.
