Die technisierte »Urszene« im Rahmen medizinisch assistierter Reproduktion verlangt allen Familienmitgliedern herausfordernde psychische Integrationsleistungen ab. Seitens der Eltern ist eine bewusste Auseinandersetzung mit den Belastungen durch Infertilitätsdiagnose und Kinderwunschbehandlung sowie mit den Erwartungen in Bezug auf das Kind notwendig; sie ermöglicht ihnen einen offenen Umgang mit den Besonderheiten der Entstehung ihres Kindes. Für Kinder besteht die Herausforderung in der realen und phantasmatischen Auseinandersetzung mit allen an ihrer Entstehung Beteiligten. Durch die Verwendung von »Fremdgameten« oder die Auslagerung der Schwangerschaft in eine »Tragemutter« bekommt der »Familienroman« eine reale Grundlage. Sie erfordert eine Anerkennung multipler Elternschaft. Anonyme Gametenspenden stellen Leerstellen in der Biographie dar und erschweren die Identitätsfindung. Psychoanalytisches Verstehen, Beraten und Forschen kann, wie die Autorin zeigen möchte, die notwendigen Integrationsprozesse in Zeiten einer rapiden Entwicklung im Bereich der Reproduktionsmedizin unterstützen.

Children beyond the primal scene? Psychoanalytic aspects of parent-child relations after medically assisted reproduction.
The technically engineered »primal scene« in the context of medically assisted reproduction calls for formidable feats of integration from all family members. The parents need to engage consciously with the strains caused by the infertility diagnosis and the subsequent treatment and with their expectations with regard to the child. This enables them to deal openly with the special factors operative in the creation of their child. For children, the challenge is the real and fantasmatic engagement with all persons involved in their creation. The use of »substitute gametes« or the transfer of pregnancy to a »surrogate mother« gives the »family saga« a real foundation. It requires the recognition of multiple parenthood. Anonymous gamete donations represent gaps in the biography and make it more difficult to achieve identity. The author sets out to show that psychoanalytic understanding, counseling, and research can support the necessary integration processes at a time when reproductive medicine is making rapid progress.

Des enfants au-delà de la scène primitive ? Aspects psychanalytiques de la relation parents-enfants dans le cadre de la procréation médicalement assistée. 
La « scène primitive » dans le cadre de la procréation médicalement assistée exige de tous les membres de la famille de grands efforts d’intégration psychique. De la part des parents, il s’agit d’affronter les problèmes dus au diagnostic d’infertilité et au traitement du désir d’enfant ainsi que ceux liés aux attentes dont l’enfant est l’objet ; cette démarche rend possible l’acceptation des particularités de la naissance de leur enfant. Pour les enfants, il s’agit d’entrer en relation dans la réalité et le fantasme avec tous ceux qui ont été associés à leur naissance. L’utilisation de « gamètes étrangers » ou la transmission de la grossesse à une « mère porteuse » donne au « roman familial » un fondement réel et implique la reconnaissance d’une parenté multiple. Des dons de gamètes anonymes constituent des espaces vides dans la biographie et compliquent la formation de l’identité. La compréhension, le conseil et la recherche psychanalytiques peuvent selon l’auteur faciliter les indispensables processus d’intégration à une époque où la médecine procréative fait des progrès rapides.

Im Beitrag werden Veränderungen der Kommunikation durch digitale Medien, ihre psychischen Bedeutungen und Folgen, u. a. anhand von empirischen Befunden zu Social-Media-Praktiken von Jugendlichen und von Eltern thematisiert. Bezugsrahmen der Analyse sind dabei kulturelle Wandlungen sowie soziale und psychische Bedeutungen von Aufmerksamkeit: geteilte Aufmerksamkeit als ein Kern der Kommunikation, aber auch die für psychische Entwicklung notwendige geschenkte, für den anderen oder für anderes offene Aufmerksamkeit als ein wesentliches Moment der Zuwendung, Empathie und Bezogenheit – im Gegensatz zu selbstbezogener Aufmerksamkeit und instrumenteller Aufmerksamkeitslenkung. Überdies werden Folgen fragmentierter Aufmerksamkeit, wie sie aus der Überlagerung von Online- und Offline-Kommunikation resultiert, für psychische Entwicklungen betrachtet.

Shared attention: Cultural change and psychic development in the age of digitization.
The article discusses changes in communication caused by digital media and their psychic significance and consequences. The author’s remarks are based partly on findings concerning the social media practices of children and their parents. The frame of reference for the analysis is cultural change and the social and psychic meanings of attention. The author sees shared attention both as a core element in communication in general and as the unconditional attention bestowed on others and otherness, which is an essential factor in affection, empathy, and relatedness and as such indispensable for psychic development. He compares and contrasts it with self-referential attention and instrumental attention manipulation. A further topic is the effect on psychic development of fragmented attention resulting from the overlap between online and offline communication.

Attention partagée. Mutation culturelle et évolution psychique à l’ère numérique.
L’article étudie les transformations de la communication dues aux médias, leur signification et leurs conséquences psychiques. Il s’intéresse, à partir notamment du constat empirique des pratiques sociales et médiatiques des jeunes et de leurs parents, aux mutations culturelles ainsi qu’aux significations sociales et psychiques de l’attention : l’attention partagée conçue comme noyau de la communication, mais aussi l’attention ouverte à l’autre et aux autres, offerte, nécessaire pour le développement psychique, conçue comme un moment essentiel de la sollicitude, de l’empathie et de la relation à autrui, contrairement à l’attention concentrée sur soi et à l’instrumentalisation de l’attention orientée. Sont également examinées les conséquences pour le développement psychique de l’attention fragmentée résultant de la superposition de la communication connectée et déconnectée.

Unter Verwendung der systematischen Methode-Techniken-Differenz wird die Leistungsfähigkeit der Analyse ohne zwischenleibliche Begegnung und vom Analysanden mitzuverantwortender Diskretion als technische Variation untersucht. Weil vorsprachliche Kommunikation fehlt und ein rückhaltloses Sich-Anvertrauen nicht möglich ist, werden regressive Prozesse erschwert. Die methodischen Bewertungen von Variationen als Abweichungen von einer Idealform wie bei Eissler und Stone reichen allerdings nicht aus, um die Chancen und Grenzen einer »Teleanalyse« zu kennzeichnen; deswegen wird auf das Konzept der »mutativen« Deutung zurückgegriffen. Dabei kommt der Autor zu dem Schluss, dass eine Analyse ohne leibhaftige Begegnung bloß informatorische Wirkung haben kann, besonders weil eine Differenzerfahrung in der virtuellen Begegnung unmöglich ist.

Methodological considerations on »teleanalysis«.
Drawing upon the systematic difference between method and technique, the author investigates the potential of analysis without physical encounter and discusses questions of discretion associated with it. Preverbal communication is absent, making unconditional trust on the part of the analysand impossible and regressive processes more difficult to engineer. However, the methodological classification of variations as deviations from an ideal form, as in Eissler and Stone, is inadequate to the task of defining the potentialities and limitations of »teleanalysis.« For this reason, the author has recourse to the concept of »mutative« interpretation. In the course of the discussion it becomes apparent that analysis without physical encounter can only perform an informative function, notably because in virtual encounter the experience of difference is impossible.

Réflexions méthodologiques sur l’« analyse à distance ». 
Différencier systématiquement la méthode et la technique permet d’étudier l’efficacité de cette variation technique qu’est l’analyse sans rencontre intercorporelle. Celle-ci doit se dérouler dans le respect de la confidentialité requise de part et d’autre, mais, comme la communication préverbale fait défaut et qu’une confiance sans réserve n’est pas possible, les processus régressifs sont entravés. Toutefois, les évaluations méthodologiques de variations considérées comme des dérogations à la forme idéale (Eissler, Stone), ne suffisent pas pour caractériser les chances et les limites d’une « analyse à distance ». D’où le recours au concept d’interprétation « évolutive » qui indique clairement qu’une analyse sans rencontre corporelle ne peut avoir qu’une efficacité informative, en particulier parce que l’expérience de la différence est impossible dans la rencontre virtuelle.
