Ringen um psychoanalytische Haltung

Zusammenfassung:

Der Begriff der psychoanalytischen Haltung kann als Platzhalter für verschiedene Fragestellungen gelten, die durch methodische und technische Konzepte nicht ausreichend erfasst werden. Die Autorin legt eine Auffassung von psychoanalytischer Haltung dar, die den Akzent auf ihre Gefährdung legt. Hervorgehoben wird die Fragilität und Verletzlichkeit dieser Haltung – nicht nur, weil Patienten sie unvermeidlicherweise angreifen und in Frage stellen, nicht nur, weil die umgebende Kultur sie möglicherweise geringschätzt, sondern aufgrund unbewusster Konflikte im Analytiker selbst, die durch die analytische Methode aktualisiert werden. Dabei wird die selbstreflexive analytische Durcharbeitung der Konflikte des Analytikers von der Autorin als unentbehrlich betrachtet. Der Beitrag wird durch eine Fallvignette eingeleitet. Der kulturelle und geschichtliche Kontext, aus dem heraus der Begriff der psychoanalytischen Haltung in den 80er Jahren erstmals aufkam, sowie seine Wandlungen im Laufe der Geschichte werden aufgezeigt. Eingehend diskutiert werden die aktuelle Auffassung der Haltung als »gemeinsame Schöpfung« des analytischen Paars sowie der dekonstruktive Charakter der psychoanalytischen Methode.

Summary:

Achieving the analytic attitude. – The term »analytic attitude« can be taken as a cipher for various issues that cannot be adequately covered by other methodological and technical concepts. The author proposes a view of the analytic attitude that emphasizes the perils it is beset by, its fragility and vulnerability. The cause of this vulnerability is not merely the inevitable attacks on it mounted by the patients or the (potential) disdain of the circumambient culture. The most interesting sources of jeopardy are unconscious conflicts in the analyst that are actualized by the analytic method. Accordingly, the author insists on the indispensability of self-reflexive analytic engagement with the analyst’s own conflicts. The article begins with a case vignette and goes on to discuss the cultural and historical context from which the concept of psychoanalytic attitude emerged in the 1880s and the transmogrifications it has been subject to in the course of psychoanalytic history since then. Much space is given to a discussion of the present-day view of this attitude as a »joint creation« by the analytic couple and the deconstructive character of the analytic method.

La quête de l’attitude psychanalytique. – Le concept d’attitude psychanalytique peut avoir valeur de substitut pour différentes interrogations insuffisamment saisies par des concepts méthodologiques ou techniques. L’auteure expose une compréhension de l’attitude psychanalytique mettant l’accent sur sa mise en danger. Elle en souligne la fragilité et la vulnérabilité – non seulement parce que nécessairement attaquée et remise en question par les patients, non seulement parce qu’éventuellement mésestimée par la culture environnante, mais aussi en raison de conflits inconscients chez l’analyste lui-même actualisés par la méthode analytique. En conséquence, l’auteure considère l’élaboration analytique auto-réflexive des conflits de l’analyste comme indispensable. La présentation d’un cas introduit le texte. L’auteure retrace le contexte culturel et historique dont est originairement issu le concept de l’attitude psychanalytique dans les années 80 ainsi que ses transformations au cours de l’histoire. Elle met en débat la compréhension actuelle de l’attitude psychanalytique en tant que »création commune« du couple analysant ainsi que le caractère déconstructif de la méthode psychanalytique.
