Zusammenfassung:

Vorgestellt wird ein Schlüsselsetting einer gestalttherapeutischen Handlungsinszenierung bei einer Seniorenpatientin mit starkem Ekelerleben. Die komplextraumatisierte Patientin hat dabei zunächst erziehungsbedingt große Mühe, die psychosomatische Selbsthypothese anzunehmen. In der Interaktionsarbeit mit beseelbaren Therapieobjekten kann sie dann jedoch sehr schnell und beeindruckend problematische Zugänge zum Ekelerleben assoziativ öffnen und durch emotionale Probeäußerungen schließen bzw. verringern. Durch diese didaktische Selbsterfahrung zur psychosomatischen Kopplung erreicht die zuvor zum Teil querulatorische Patientin einen großen Erkenntnisgewinn und therapeutischen Motivationsschub, durch welchen agierte Beziehungskämpfe im ärztlichen Behandlungsfeld beigelegt werden können.

Summary:

The article describes a key setting in a gestalt-therapeutic enactment intervention for an elderly female patient with strong subjective feelings of revulsion. Initially, and as a result of her upbringing, the patient suffering from a complex trauma had great difficulty accepting the psychosomatic hypothesis in connection with herself. However, in the course of interactive work with »beseelbare« therapy objects (objects to which a »soul« can be imputed) she was quickly and impressively able via association to tap problematic forms of access to her subjective feelings of revulsion and subsequently to close them off or restrict them by means of trial utterances of an emotional nature. This didactic self-related experience with the psychosomatic connection gave the initially sometimes obstreperous patient a major gain in self-knowledge and enhanced her therapy motivation to the extent that overt interpersonal conflicts with doctors treating her could be settled.
