Zusammenfassung:

Anhand von zwei ausführlichen Fallgeschichten wird versucht, das Ausmaß früher Traumatisierungen bei zwei Patientinnen darzustellen und einen neuen therapeutischen Zugang zu finden nach mehreren vergeblichen früheren Versuchen. Beim ersten Fall war die Patientin zum schwarzen Schaf der Familie geworden, was zu verfrühtem Auszug und schwerer sozialer Gefährdung führte. Bei einem Besuch der Mutter zusammen mit der Patientin konnte ich mich von der sprachlichen Überschwemmung durch die Mutter überzeugen. Bei der zweiten lag ein total negatives Mutterintrojekt vor mit realer brutaler Züchtigung.

Traumatic Mother Deprivation, Hysteria and the Violation of Bodily Integrity
With reference to two detailed case histories, the author outlines the scope of earlier traumas experienced by two female patients and the challenge of finding renewed therapeutic access to these patients after a number of abortive earlier attempts. In the first case, the patient had become the black sheep of the family, after which she left home prematurely and was exposed to severe social dangers. In the course of a visit to the patient’s mother in the company of the daughter, the author was able to observe the verbal inundation inflicted on the younger woman by the mother. The second case was an instance of a totally negative mother introject complete with brutal physical thrashing.
