Der Autor untersucht das klinisch-pathologische Phänomen des Zeitstillstands aus neokleinianischer Perspektive sowie aus der Perspektive André Greens. Bei stillstehender Zeit handelt es sich um Phänomene der projektiven Identifikation von traumatischen Erfahrungen schwersten Beziehungsabbruchs, die im Individuum eine innere Erstarrung, tote Zonen, hinterlassen haben. In der analytischen Übertragungsbeziehung wird dieser frühe traumatische Zusammenbruch in den Analytiker verlagert und kann dort reflektiert, metabolisiert, symbolisiert und gedeutet werden. Der Analytiker erfährt bei sich das Phänomen des Zeitstillstands als Lähmung, als Tötung seiner analytischen Aktivität, und versteht dies als Wiederholung von Bindungsangriffen, der Zerstörung von Beziehung, als Desobjektalisierung oder radikalen Besetzungsentzug. Der Autor erläutert diese Phänomene stillstehender Zeit anhand einer klinischen Vignette, in der er in der Gegenübertragung den Besetzungsabzug als Zeitstillstand erfährt und über die Deutung zu überwinden vermag.

»Time stands still in tearing haste«. A psychoanalytic case study on early trauma and the experience of time
The author takes a neo-Kleinian perspective on the clinical/pathological phenomenon of time at a standstill, with additional reference to the views of André Green. Stagnating time involves phenomena bound up with the projective identification of traumatic experiences of highly severe relational severance, which leave an inner stasis – "dead" zones – in the individual. In the analytic transference relationship, this early traumatic break-off in a relationship is transposed onto the analyst. Here it can be reflected upon, metabolized, symbolized, and interpreted. The analyst experiences the phenomenon of temporal standstill in his own self as paralysis, as a killing of his analytic activity, understanding this as a repetition of attacks on attachment, destruction of the relational, de-objectification, or radical withdrawal of cathexis. The author discusses these phenomena of stagnant time with reference to a clinical/casuistic vignette, in which he experiences cathectic withdrawal in countertransference and is able to overcome it through interpretation.

L'auteur analyse le phénomène clinico-pathologique du temps arrêté dans une perspective néo-kleinienne ainsi que dans celle d'André Green. Dans le temps arrêté, il s'agit de phénomènes d'identification projective d'expériences traumatiques survenues lors d'une rupture violente de relation, qui ont laissé dans l'individu une pétrification intérieure, des zones mortes. Dans la relation analytique de transfert, cet effondrement traumatique précoce est déplacé vers l'analyste et celui-ci peut le réfléchir, le métaboliser, le symboliser et l'interpréter. L'analyste vit en lui-même l'expérience du temps arrêté comme une paralysie, comme une mise à mort de son activité analytique, et il comprend cela comme répétition des attaques contre le lien, de la destruction de relation, comme une désobjectalisation ou comme une privation radicale d'investissement. L'auteur explique ces phénomènes de temps arrêté à l'aide de la description d'un cas clinique dans lequel il éprouve le retrait d'investissement dans le contre-transfert comme l'arrêt du temps.

Sammeln ist ein nahezu ubiquitäres Phänomen, das sich auf anthropologische, soziobiologische und individuelle psychodynamische Wurzeln zurückführen läßt und doch bei Männern wesentlich häufiger vorkommt als bei Frauen. Der Autor zeigt auf, daß Form und Objekte des Sammelns wichtige Hinweise geben, die analysiert werden können: Die Spannbreite des Sammelns bewegt sich dabei von einer ich-syntonen, reifen Form im Sinne der Sublimierung als weitgehend gelungener Weltbewältigung bis hin zum Sammeln als neurotische Abwehr von präödipalen und ödipalen Traumata und Konflikten.

The psychodynamics of collecting
Collecting is a more or less ubiquitous phenomenon traceable to anthropological, socio-biological, and individual psychodynamic roots. Yet it is found much more often in men than in women. The author shows that the form collecting takes and the objects collected provide important indications that are susceptible of analysis. Here, the potential range of collection types extends from an ego-syntonic, mature form – a largely successful way of coping with the world via sublimation – to collecting as a neurotic defense against pre-oedipal and oedipal traumas and conflicts.

A propos de la psychodynamique du comportement du collectionneur
Collectionner est un phénomène quasiment ubiquitaire qui a des racines anthropologiques, sociobiologiques et psychodynamiques individuelles et qui est cependant beaucoup plus fréquent chez les hommes que chez les femmes. L'auteur montre que la manière de collectionner et les objets collectionnés fournissent des indications importantes qui peuvent être analysées: l'éventail de la manière de collectionner va de la forme d'un moi syntone, forme mûre au sens de la sublimation en tant que manière essentiellement réussie de faire face au monde, jusqu'au fait de collectionner compris comme défense névrotique contre des traumatismes et des conflits préoedipiens et oedipiens.

Gegenstand dieses Beitrags ist ein Untersuchungsprojekt über die psychischen Folgen der politischen und kulturellen Umwälzungen in der zweiten Hälfte des letzten Jahrhunderts in China. Nach einem kurzen historischen Überblick wird ein erster Werkstattbericht über die Untersuchung an 30 Probanden gegeben. Anhand von zwei Fallbeispielen werden traumatische Leitmotive in den Schicksalen der von den Autorinnen untersuchten Personen verdeutlicht. Diese Traumatisierungen werden dann vor dem spezifischen kulturellen Hintergrund einer zentralistischen, streng pyramidal angeordneten Gesellschaft diskutiert.

Collective traumatization. 20th century Chinese destinies
The subject of this article is a study project on the psychic consequences of the political and cultural upheavals in China in the second half of the last century. After a brief historical overview, the authors provide an initial report on the ongoing project with reference to the examination of 30 probands. Two case histories point up the traumatic leitmotifs identifiable in the destinies of the persons studied. These traumatizations are then discussed against the specific cultural background of a centralist society based on a strictly pyramidic hierarchy.

Le sujet de l'article est un projet d'études sur les conséquences psychiques des bouleversements politiques et culturels survenus en Chine dans la seconde moitié du siècle dernier. Après un bref aperçu historique, les auteurs établissent un premier rapport des études qu'ils sont en train d'effectuer sur 30 personnes. A l'aide de deux exemples de cas, ils dégagent des Leitmotive dans les destins des personnes qu'ils ont étudiées. Ces traumatisations sont ensuite discutées dans le contexte culturel spécifique d'une société centraliste, organisée de manière strictement pyramidale.
