Anknüpfend an Treurniet schlägt der Autor vor, Gegenübertragungs-Enactments nicht nur als unliebsam hinzunehmen, sondern gutzuheißen. Nach begriffsklärenden Vorbemerkungen zum Verständnis von ›Intersubjektivität‹, der anthropologisch-psychoanalytischen Eltern-Kind-Situation in der Übertragung und dazugehörigen, begründenden sprachanalytischen Überlegungen, bestimmt der Autor Berührung als triebhaftes und Anerkennung als narzisstisches Ziel einer lebendigen, emotionalen Beziehung zum Patienten und legt dar, dass der Anerkennungsaspekt die triebhafte Interaktion ›aufhebt‹: die Verführung, die von den im Gegenübertragungs-Enactment enthaltenen ›Gefühlsgeschenken‹ ausgeht, wird durch die Anerkennung in einem Meta-Dialog einerseits thematisierbar und ändert andererseits ihr Ziel: Anerkennung wird als Verführung zum ›mehr Selbst-Sein‹ des Patienten begriffen.

This side of interpretation: Touch, seduce, recognize
Taking his bearings from Treurniet, the author proposes that countertransference enactments should not merely be grudgingly accepted but actively welcomed. First of all, the author clarifies a number of concepts pertaining to the understanding of »intersubjectivity,« the anthropological/psychoanalytic parent-child situation in transference, and a number of language-analytic considerations of essential significance for this configuration. Thereafter he determines touching as the drive-motivated aim and recognition as the narcissistic aim of a vibrant emotional relationship with the patient and demonstrates that the recognition aspect »suspends« drive-motivated interaction. Via the recognition achieved in a meta-dialogue, the seduction emanating from the »emotional gifts« contained in a countertransference enactment becomes susceptible of verbalization on the one hand and changes its thrust on the other. For the patient, recognition is understood as seduction to »being more oneself.«

Au-delà de l’interprétation. Toucher, séduire, reconnaître
Faisant appel à Treurniet, l’auteur propose de ne pas uniquement déprécier les mises en acte du contre-transfert, mais aussi de les apprécier. Après avoir tout d’abord éclairci la compréhension de ce que signifient »l’intersubjectivité«, la situation anthropologique-psychanalytique parents-enfant dans le transfert et après avoir introduit les réflexions analytiques correspondantes sur le langage, l’auteur définit le contact en tant que but pulsionnel et la reconnaissance en tant que but narcissique d’une relation vivante et émotionnelle avec le patient. L’auteur établit que l’aspect de la reconnaissance »supprime« l’interaction pulsionnelle: la séduction provenant des »cadeaux émotionnels« contenus dans les mises en acte du contre-transfert devient par le biais de la reconnaissance dans un meta dialogue d’une part verbalisable et change d’autre part de but: la reconnaissance est comprise en tant que séduction du patient à »davantage être soi«.

Die Gleichsetzung von Fokus mit Kurztherapie wird der Bedeutung dieses Konzepts im Rahmen der analytischen Methode nicht mehr gerecht. Fokussieren, verstanden als Erarbeitung eines Fokalsatzes mit einer »Sinn-Gestalt«, kann eine wesentliche Hilfe im Rahmen eines analytischen Prozesses sein, bei dem sich eine Zuspitzung der analytischen Beziehung in Form einer Behandlungskrise ereignet. Anhand eines Fallbeispiels wird der Prozess der Erarbeitung eines Fokalsatzes in der Gruppe beschrieben im Sinne einer Verbalisierung des Handlungsdialogs. Vor der synthetischen Zusammenfassung der einzelnen Gedanken, Gefühle und Hypothesen zu einem Fokalsatz betont der Autor eine vergleichend-beobachtende Funktion, die er »synkritische Funktion des Ich« nennt. Hauptanliegen dieses fokalen Ansatzes ist ein Weniger an »Theorie und Deutungsmacht«, dafür ein Mehr an »Zurück zum Erleben des Patienten«.

Working out a focus as a creative aid in treatment crises
Equating focus with brief therapy fails to do justice to the concept in the framework of analytic methodology. Focussing understood as the elaboration of a focal hypothesis with a meaningful gestalt can be a crucial aid in the framework of an analytic process in which the analytic relationship comes to a head in the shape of a treatment crisis. With reference to an actual case, the process of working out a focal hypothesis in the group is described as verbalization of the action dialogue. Prior to the synthesis of individual thoughts, feelings and suggestions to form a focal hypothesis, the author emphasizes a comparative/observational function that he terms the »syncretic function of the ego.« The main objective of this focal approach is to play down »theory and interpretive authority« and to foreground »a return to the patient’s subjective experience.«

L’élaboration d’un focus en tant que ressource créative lors de crises de traitement
La mise sur un pied d’égalité de focus avec thérapie de courte durée ne réflète plus l’importance de ce concept dans le cadre de la méthode analytique. Focaliser au sens d’élaboration d’une proposition focale dotée de sens peut signifier un soutien essentiel dans le cadre d’un processus analytique dans lequel se produit une exacerbation de la relation analytique sous forme de crise de traitement. Illustré par une présentation de cas, l’auteur décrit le processus d’élaboration d’une proposition focale dans le groupe au sens de verbalisation du dialogue d’action. Se fondant sur un résumé synthétique des pensées, sentiments et hypothèses particulières, l’auteur souligne une fonction comparative-observatrice qu’il appelle »fonction syncrétique du Moi«. L’objet principal de cette démarche focale est moins de »théorie et pouvoir d’interprétation« en privilégiant le »retour au vécu du patient«.

Nach dem »Entwurf« war Freud ganz mit dem Trieb und seinem Funktionieren im psychischen Apparat beschäftigt. Diesem leitenden Interesse opferte er den Bezug zum Anderen der äußeren Realität. Das ist einer der Gründe, warum es ihm nicht gelingen konnte, eine konsistente Theorie der Objektbeziehung zu entwerfen. Um hier weiter zu kommen, gruppiert der Autor seine Gedanken zur Metapsychologie der Objektbeziehung vor dem Hintergrund der strukturalen Psychoanalyse um drei Dimensionen: das Objekt des Triebs, die Anwesenheit und Abwesenheit des Objekts und das verlorene und das wiedergefundene Objekt. Allen drei Dimensionen liegt die vorgängige trianguläre symbolische Ordnung des Menschseins zugrunde: Die Objektbeziehung ist von Anfang an triangulär zu denken. Und in allen drei Dimensionen kommt der Versagung eine Schlüsselstellung zu: Erst wo die Befriedigung ausbleibt, der Andere abwesend ist, das Objekt verloren geht, konstituiert sich das Subjekt des Begehrens und das Objekt des Triebs.

The other and the object. The metapsychology of early object relations
After the Entwurf (»Project for a scientific psychology«), Freud was completely immersed in the contemplation of drives and their functioning in the psychic apparatus. He sacrificed the relationship with the Other in external reality to this supreme preoccupation. This is one of the reasons why he was unable to outline a consistent theory of object relations. To make headway on this point, the author marshals his thoughts on the metapsychology of object relations against the background of structural psychoanalysis. These thoughts gravitate around three dimensions: the object of the drive, the presence and absence of the object, and the object lost and recovered. The preliminary triangular symbolic order of human being underlies all three dimensions. Object relations are triangular from the outset. In all three dimensions, frustration plays a key role. The desiring subject and the object of the drive can only be constituted where gratification is denied, the Other is absent, the object is lost.

L’autre et l’objet. À propos de la métapsychologie de la relation d’objet primaire
Freud s’est surtout préoccupé de la pulsion et de son fonctionnement dans l’appareil psychique. À cette préoccupation essentielle il a sacrifié la prise en considération de l’autre de la réalité extérieure. Ceci est l’une des raisons pour lesquelles Freud n’a pas réussi à élaborer une théorie consistante de la relation d’objet. Afin de pouvoir aller plus loin, l’auteur regroupe ses réflexions sur la métapsychologie de la relation d’objet sur l’arrière-plan de la psychanalyse structurelle autour de trois dimensions: l’objet de la pulsion, la présence et l’absence de l’objet ainsi que l’objet perdu et retrouvé. Ces trois dimensions reposent sur l’ordre antérieur symbolique triangulaire de l’homme: la relation d’objet est à saisir d’emblée comme étant triangulaire. Le manque joue un rôle clé pour chacune de ces dimensions: le sujet du désir et l’objet de la pulsion ne se constitue que là où la satisfaction manque, là où l’autre est absent, là où l’objet est perdu.
